Rome
The Province of Rome, one of the five provinces in the region of Lazio and the country's capital, is probably the most characteristic province for Italy. Hills, lakes, rivers and vineyards are what make Rome a very special place, but history, art and tradition characterize it as well. Nature reserves, parks and breathtaking landscapes are what make Rome a place worth visiting, and there are some Italian tourist attractions worth mentioning: aqueducts, imperial residences, archaeology sites, ancient castles and so on. And, since all roads lead to Rome, we can't forget about the Vatican City, the Colosseum, the Pantheon, the Bridge of Angels, catacombs, monuments, statues and so much more.
