The Province of Bari is the capital province of the Puglia region in Italy. The province's capital city is Bari and the area is formed out of 48 total comuni. The landscape of the province is magnificent, the Murge Plateau being the most beautiful sight of the territory. The plateau is sprinkled with vines, olive trees and almond trees, all part of Bari's charm. The Itria Valley, a depression due to karstic phenomena, is the most symbolic site of the province and definitely deserves a visit if you're ever in the area.

The Province of Barletta-Andria-Trani is a province of Italy in the Puglia region, in Italy. It is formed out of only 10 comuni and, despite the small size, it has 3 capital cities, Barletta, Andria and Trani. The many beautiful Italian sights of the province include the Castel del Monte, Sant'Agostino and the Porta Sant'Andrea in the town of Andria, the Barletta Castle, the Colossus of Barletta and the Cathedral in the same town and, last but not least, The Cathedral, the Castle and the Remains of the San Leucio Basilica in the town of Trani.

The Province of Brindisi is a province in the Apulia region of Italy and it is formed out of 20 total comuni. the territory is surrounded by vineyards and artichoke fields, part of Brindisi's charm. But the province is famous for so much more. Brindisi's sandy beaches are very popular among tourists, along with the seaside resorts in the area. The "Gateway to the East", as the province is often called, is also home for nature parks, cultivated fields, ancient villages and so much more.

The Province of Foggia is situated in the Puglia region, in Italy. It is also known as Capitanata, because it was previously governed by a catepan, as part of Italy's Catepanate. It is formed out of 64 comuni and it is divided into two parts: Tavoliere and Gargano. The part called Tavoliere is important for agriculture, being known as "the granary of Italy", while the Gargano is the peninsular part of 'Italy's boot', partly mountainous and partly covered by forest. Foggia is an important place for Catholic pilgrims, locations such as the Sanctuary of Saint Michael the Archangel in Monte Sant'Angelo playing an important part for the religious tourism in Italy.

The Province of Lecce is a province in the Apulia region of Italy, formed out of 97 comuni and having the city of lecce as the province's capital. There are many important Italian tourist monuments here, including the Basilica of Santa Croce in Lecce, the Acaya Castle, the Cathedral of Otranto, the Torre Sant'Emiliano, not far from the Palascìa lighthouse, the magnificen Salandra square in Nardò, towers built in the 16th century and more. Among the modern attractions of Lecce, there's the Otranto seaside, the Torre dell'Orso beach and the Le Puritate beach in Gallipoli, visited by many tourists each year.

The Province of Taranto is a province in the Puglia region, in Italy. There are 29 comuni in this province and its capital is the city of Taranto. The landscape of the province is diverse and very beautiful, there are wild areas, with cliffs, mostly deserted, and there are sandy beaches along the coast, popular among tourists for the many resorts in the area. There is a very important UNESCO World Heritage Site here, in Taranto, the famous trulli, in the village of Alberobello, but the region is also famous for the excellent production of wine and olive oil.
