Ok, Ok, I know that i should be stood up against a wall and shot for sacrilege, but heres my favourite;- ....... A margherita with Prosciutto and Pineapple.

I too love Pineapple on my pizza but there are not many pizzeria that seem to have it. I have only found 1 pizzeria and that was around lake Garda area.

Now this is where I have a problem, I intend to eat a different one every time....!!

I suppose my fave is chunky lumps of chicken breast, stilton and mozzarella, with a sprinkling of crispy bacon and of course oregano.

first of all, sorry for my english, i'm italian, but i'm trying to improve it :laugh:
ingredients: 500 gr flour
0, 25 gr yeast(for the bread),
1/2 teaspoon of sugar,
1 spoon of oil,
1/2 spoon of salt
dissolve yeast in a glass of water.
put on the table 100 gr of flour, spill on it the water with the yeast and the oil. knead and let it rise in a bowl till it will be the double.
put on the table the rest of the flour, with the salt, the sugar and put on it the previous dough and 1/2 glass of water and knead it for 10 minutes till it will be elastic (if necessary, join other water).
let it rise again for 1 hour.
after this, it's ready

My favorite is sausage and pepperoni with extra cheese. I also love Canadian Bacon as a topping. Those are my main favorites. I admit I don't like the exotic pizzas. Squid and such just doesn't belong on pizzas.

Speck i love but that gorgonzola cheese i'll give it a miss. I once ordered a pizza with that but they had another word for it (cant remember now) in the description. I took the first bite and could not eat any more of my pizza. of course they made me another one without the cheese.

I guess you love it or hate it!

I love vegetarian pizza, or just regular. I dont usually get alot of different toppings on mine. I try to eat it occasionally, since it is so fattening.

I ham and cheese. Whenever we are buying some pizzas with different toppings like pineapple or garlic, I am removing it. It is not that I don't like to it them but I just don't feel like eating them on a pizza.
