Qualities That Should Look In Property Agent

Good question.
Last time I worked with a property agent was when I moved into another apartment. It was a "she", a lady agent but I didn't like her at all!
First of all, as an agent you can't roll your eyes if I say "I don't like this apartment". I think I have visited 3 apartments before I decided which to choose. Then, I understand you have to praise each apartment so that you will rent it as soon as possible but she exaggerated at times.
What I'm saying is, a good property agent should act happy that you are their client, they should tell you the pluses AND the minuses of the property you're looking at (of course, minimize the minuses, but at least they should be mentioned in passing). Also, they should be available when YOU are available, not vice versa.
