Pizza With Nutella

I'm not sure if I would like that as I prefer salty taste for my pizza. Nutella would be very sweet and I don't think I will be able to consume more than half slice. It's a nice dessert though and I think I like it better compared to fluffly cakes. It's something that I can also do at home, especially when I already have a pie crust.

To all, try it :)
First a "normal" pizza and as dessert a quarter of Pizza with Nutella it's great ;)

I tend to think of myself as a pizza purist, but was pleasantly surprised by the pizza with Nutella. I think the key is to have a thin enough layer of Nutella to get the great flavor, but not so much that it is overwhelming. When I had pizza with Nutella in the past the crust was slightly sweeter so too much Nutella would make the pizza too sweet. When you have had Nutella pizza how was the crust? I prefer mine a little firmer, but have yet to find that.

I am a big fan of pizza AND Nutella, so I have to try this. I will definitely order this when I visit Italy. Tell me, where in Italy can I find this? Is it something popular there or only a few restaurants/pizzerias offer these? Please, do tell me, I would like to know.

I have never tasted pizza with nutella. I never thought it would be that good to eat. But considering the responses here it seems like one of the delicious food you can think about eating. I will definitely try it very soon. I will mostly prepare it at home as I can try out any other ingredient I would like with it.

I'm sure it tastes interesting but I'm not sure whether I'm a fan. To me it just sounds like something that would have been sponsored by Nutella, and kind of diminishes the essence of real pizza. But maybe that's just the way I see pizza.

It looks like snack in comparison with the regular size pizzas we often have for dinner. I might like the taste but I don't think I should be having a Nutella Pizza for dinner. I think Nutella is really too sweet for topping. I prefer salty toppings on my pizza slices than the sweet toppings. But I have not tried the Nutella Pizza so I should not be too quick to judge.

I have tried this a few times and I absolutely love it! It wouldn't be complete for me without the sprinkled icing sugar on the top! We are nutella lovers here in my house and we all die when it comes time to have this! Definitely recommend it to anyone! :)

I have never tried this pizza with Nutella. However, I was able to eat a Nutella-filled crepe at Bugsy's Bar just before we left Italy. It was in a mall on a highway in the outskirts of Rome, beside a big Coop store. We went there to buy groceries to bring back with us to our hometown (mozzarella cheese, olive oil, and Italian beer). It was also there that I saw the biggest Nutella jar I have ever laid eyes on, which is 5 kilograms!

For this first time last night, as a desert, I had a Pizza alle Nutella. Basically, it is the pizza base with Nutella spread on top and then sprinkled with what seemed to be icing sugar.

I am not a great fan of Nutella but this was actually very nice.

Have you ever tried this?
I am also not a great fun of nutella, but that does look good, I would not mind trying it, because it does look real good.

A desert pizza, yum! I love Nutella, I can also imagine adding toppings to this pizza. Fruits like bananas and strawberries would work great on this.

And why not? A hazelnut cream base on a pizza, topped with some glazed strawberries and roasted hazelnuts. Yes, I can really see it. :) And as an extra topping some rasped chocolate with a pinch of something exotic, such as chili. But that's about as far as I would go. I wouldn't want to mix too many different types of fruit with the pizza crust. :)

When I first heard this I was thinking that this cannot taste good at all. I have recently changed my perception and would really like to give this a try. I like nutella on many things. I have read great reviews about the combination.

I haven't tried Nutella Pizza yet, which is surprising, because I love Nutella! It's oddly expensive where I live though. There is a place by me that makes a gourmet chocolate pizza that uses Nutella as the "sauce", but I haven't had it yet.

It sounds not so delicious, but it looks royally good. I have not tried it by now but I will do it as soon as I will be able to. Due to the fact, that I will try definetively your pizza recipe, you could also try one from me. Take white bread, put Nutella on it and then put a tier of sour cream on it. You will also love it. You can enjoy Nutella with nearly everything, but I did not know that in this world people exist who are thinking similar to me. Thank you a lot for your pizza-nutella combination hint!

Is there maybe something below the Nutella cream on the pizza base or is there nothing in betwenn? Do you have some other good recipes with Nutella? Please let me know if you have some other good ideas.

Wow. I've heard of sweet dessert pizzas, but I never thought nutella on a pizza was a thing. I love nutella, and I love pizza. Maybe I should try this out.

Never heard nor eat one pizza with nutella but looks really tasty. I would bite a slice of it I would have a chance but I'm not really confident that chopped chees would be nice to have on nutella (looking at the picture the white pieces looks like cheese).

There is a chocolate café near to where I live, and they sell all manner of chocolatey desserts - and a Nutella pizza with chopped bananas on top is on their menu.

I've never actually tried it as it sounds pretty decadent - I'd probably have to be there with a big group of people to venture into ordering one. However, I think I'd give it a try, if only to say I gave it a whirl!
