New Codice della Strada

last month the goverment reviewed the Codice della Strada. Can anyone explain what the new rules are. I dont drive much in Italy as i live in Rome's city centre and its much easier to get around using public transport but would be great to hear what the new rules are or what has changed.

It's in Italian but i suggest using a tool like google to translate if you dont understand Italian that well.

Some of the main changes are higher fines for speeding and a zero tolorence for drink driving. Anyone who has just got their license is unable to drink any alcohol whilst driving for the first 3 years. For those who have had their license for 3 years plus there are new alcohol limits in place.

There have been over 80 modifications in the latest review which came into effect on the 31st July this year.
