Alessandria
The Province of Alessandria is a province in the Piedmont region, of Italy. It is made out of 190 comuni and it has a population of about 430,000 inhabitants. The province exists since 1859 and it is famous for the art and history, but also for the very beautiful landscapes. Some UNESCO World Heritage Sites are found here, including The Sacred Mountain of Crea, one of the nine Sacri Monti of Piedmont and Lombardy. Modern structures attract routists as well, such as the Acqui Terme spa or the museum dedicated to cycling, the Campionissimi of Novi Ligure Museum.
