Is anyone else fascinated by the architecture of both classic and modern-day Italian houses and buildings? Living in a small town in the states, our buildings and houses are for the most part pretty average. Whenever I look at the architecture of most Italian homes and buildings, they remind me of castles or cathedrals compared to here in the states. I just love looking at pictures of them, and I'd love to visit Italy one day to see a lot of them in person. My favorite about them is that so many have villas and the classiest looking medieval steps and entryways. They just seem to be build with such great design, passion, and creativity.
