What is your favorite variant of Panna Cotta? I've seen it served with berries, caramel, plain, or with hazelnut. I've even seen a few of those mixed together which looked delicious. I prefer to have caramel since I always love sweet foods, but I really want to try a plain dish of it, and maybe some with hazelnut as well.
