Obviously a lot of people on this forum like Italian food in all its varieties, but I've never really known what foreign foods that Italians like.
So what kind of foods have the Italians embraced? The British, for example, have particularly embraced all types of South Asian curries, and a lot of that's down to its colonial legacy. But do the Italians have an equivalent dynamic?
