Let's say I live in the UK and my will is written there. I have a property registered under my name only and I would like to pass it over to my 2 children with full agreement of my wife. The property is not mentioned in my UK will and it's worth about Euros 150k. The property is in Italy.
Do I need an Italian will, or is there a 'form of words' that I can add to my UK Will [with the words being accompanied by a certificated translation] that will do the job?
Any advice?
