As a child I loved the little parcels of ravioli filled with meat and covered in tomato sauce. These days the filling are more diverse.
My current favorite (from Lidl!) is a black truffle tortellini and a porcini one as well. Another yummy one is mozzarella and sun dried tomato, cheese and pesto and spinach and mushroom. I like a drizzle of oil over them and sometimes pesto and black pepper. Simple and delicious.
I find these are so good to eat at home, but sometimes in upscale restaurants you only get five pieces as a main course!
