My mother-in-law cooks her lamb chops with red wine, rosemary and red pepper. I've never been fond of lamb but her lamb chops don't have that strong taste that you can get cooking lamb in the oven. Any interesting lamb recipes?
I really love lamb but tend to eat it as a roast, with some mint sauce and the usual vegetables and potatoes. It seems to be one of those meats that people either love or hate the taste of.
