Pompeii Film 2014

I have meant to, but somehow I can't find the time or will to watch it. Something always comes up and I postpone it. I have watched several documentaries, though, one done by BBC has caught my attention some time ago. The story was presented in such a good way that it's incredible. I have very high hopes for it. If you've seen it, please write a review. I'd like to hear it.
 
I just was the preview that was posted here and went to dig up the film on DVD, since I totally missed it. Does anyone know where I can find the movie? It doesn't seem to have been very popular in the theaters, but I would still like to see it.
 
Well, to be honest, I don't know. I usually either look for them online (sometimes you can find them for free) or on the TV, but you mostly get older ones. It does help if you have cable TV. I don't know whether it's expensive in Italy, but it's not really expensive here, so I watch most of the movies on programmes such as HBO channel. Just yesterday, they were showing Kingdom of Heaven (2005), so it might be some time until they get newer movies...
Of course, they're localised, but surely, Italy must have a similar ''movie channel'' equivalents.

It's called ''Project Free TV''. You have both TV shows and movies, so hope you'll find Pompeii (honestly, I didn't check whether they have it)
 
I've seen this movie and it's pretty good. I like the setting and how they implemented the special effects in this. I wonder if it happened like this is real life because that was brutal. I'd advise anyone to watch this.
 
It definitely wasn't very popular in theaters for some reason....however I am looking forward to watching it and seeing what its about. The trailer posted here, is actually very engaging and caught my attention as the audience.
 
I was very much looking forward to this film being released but after reading a load of negative reviews i decided against watching it. However after reading the comments on here which seem quite positive, i will have a look at it. It is an epic story, i wonder if the film adds any originality to it.

I hope the special effects are good and that the film is historically accurate, i will post my thoughts here when i have seen it.
