Do you know any good recipes that involve pasta?
I actually like eating 'white pasta', as italians call it. I just add some grated cheese and sour cream and it's delicious.

How do you prepare pasta? Have you 'adopted' any Italian recipes or not yet?
 
I love pasta with cheese and sour cream! However, I get hungry a while after I eat it and I have to eat again.

I have discovered a nice recipe that I adapted to what I had in the fridge at the moment :D Pasta and zucchini, it's called.

You first boil the pasta.
Meanwhile you peel and cut the zucchini thin slices (as thin as you can).
You fry the zucchini in a bit of olive oil, you add the pasta and mix everything while still having the pan on your stove and at the end you can either add some cheese or an egg (like you were making an omelette with pasta and zucchini.

Voila!
It's delicious!
