This is simple recipe my grandmother makes that has become popular in my family. It essentially just onion, garlic, celery, cannellini beans, and "greens". The greens are mostly escarole, but any greens can really be used. Dandelion greens are also traditionally used.
Does anyone else make this simple dish or have any family that makes it? I love it with a little hot pepper and olive oil on top.
