My relatives always used to prepare Mellanzane for me when I visited them in the past. But at some stage I started developing a strange reaction to eggplants, so I had to stop eating the dish. These days I simply help my aunt with the preparations.
Oh that is so sad! I love eating it and there ae so many ways to cook eggplant to make it interesting and tasty. I couldnt dream of having an allergic reaction to them as this would be a downer for me and the entiree familia
