Hi. I am new here and am trying to find out the correct name and spelling for a dish my grandparents always made around holidays. They called it "spezadele"- or that's how it sounded. I don't think they knew how to spell it, but it is basically slow cooked pork in vinegar with garlic, red wine vinegar and olives. Anyone know? My grandparents relatives were from Abruzzi and Calabria.
