Italian Music For English Speakers

I am an American who is a native-English speaker trying to learn Italian. Do you know of any Italian songs or musical artists who would be great to listen to for me in this situation? I appreciate any recommendations.
 
Honestly I would recommend children's songs. Sadly I don't have any specific options but look into children's songs. Adult songs somewhat change pronunciation and use different words to keep to the flow of the music. So if your new to Italian then children's songs are the way to go as they are much simpler.
