Butter and sage: sautè in butter a garlic clove and a couple sage leaves. When the garlic is browned remove it and the leaves. Season gnocchi with the butter, parmesan and black pepper.
Salsa di noci : blend walnuts, milk or cream, half clove of garlic, a few olive oil and parmesan in the food processor.
Pesto : season gnocchi with pesto, you can add steamed green beans cut in little bits.
