Fish

Do you like fish? Do you cook it often? I love fish but I don't cook it very often. My favorites are shrimp and squid.
When I traveled to Southern Italy I would have fish almost every night. It was so fresh, usually caught that same day.

We have fish probably at least once a week here. I think my favorite is salmon. We like it prepared with lemon, capers and rosemary (I find those flavors work well together!) and I've also baked it in foil with basil pesto and cherry tomatoes which also turned out delicious! I highly recommend both!
