I can generally get frozen ravioli at the local supermarket, and to spice it up I'll combine it with multiple other things. I've been jokingly calling it "Poor Man Italian Gourmet". Ravioli with chopped cremini mushrooms, butter and garlic. Raviolis with chopped beef hot dogs, mushrooms, butter and garlic, with Parmesan cheese.
