Do you make your own chicken parmesan to serve over noodles with homemade gnocchi on the side with sauce or do you serve your family this meal that your purchased pre-made?
I have tried and failed miserably many times over. I wish I knew what I was missing and I know its something small that I am overlooking. Maybe I just need a true Italian to show me the way.
I am not too sure if we have this dish in Italy. (or at least where I live) Looks rather like an American Italian dish. Still it looks rather nice and perhaps will give it a go.

The first part when making the breadcrumb chicken is the similar as 'cotoletta di pollo' so the Italian influence is in there!
