Carte di Soggiorno Application Form

Hi,

I thought this may be of use to some of you. If you are applying for A Carte Soggiorno UE (permesso for EU Citizens) then i have enclosed the application form in PDF format.

The Carte Soggiorno is no longer required for EU Citizens. You do however need to register at your local comune.
