At our Whole Foods, the bakery sells this cookie called a "Cannoli Cookie".

It looks like this. (The photo is from my instagram, sorry.)

It's like a sugar cookie folded in half with cannoli cream in the center and sprinkled with crystal sugar. It's very good!

Have any of you had a cannoli cookie? Would you ever try and make one? What do you think of it? :)

I'm headed to Whole Foods in a bit and I will definitely have to pick these up. I love Cannoli, so I have a feeling this is going to become one of my favorites cookies. The fact that I can simply find them at Whole Food makes is easier than having to find a bakery with Cannoli. I had never heard of these before, thank you!

I'm drooling! Unfortunately the nearest Whole Foods I have is in London, and I'm not sure if they'd have them.
I will be going to London in a couple of weeks, though, and I'm definitely taking note of this, thanks!

I'm afraid to ask but...how much do these cookies cost you? I've never been to a Whole Foods but I hear their prices are famously expensive

I don't remember exactly, but it wasn't that expensive? It was either 99 cents or a dollar something for one cookie. I only buy the cookies in singles though, so. I get the cookies out of the fresh baked cases, generally by the coffee bar, but not always. :)

Hey, I've been to that Whole Foods before! Maybe they'd have it on the second floor, some where near the hot bar and fresh served foods? I generally get it in the fresh baked cases in my Whole Foods. My Whole Foods also sells normal cannoli's, but it's 5 bucks for two smalls ones, so I never thought it was worth it.
