I love eating those delicious little treats whilst dipping it into my coffee but for some reason they are always stale when I buy them and they are also overpriced!
I am going to make my own Biscotti and this way I can add in all the ingredients that I like.
What biscotti have you tried?

I personally don't eat biscotti all that often (a little to tough for my teeth) but my Dad likes them! He usually eats almond ones, but he also has tried double chocolate, chocolate chip, and of course plain ones. Though, since biscottis are normally so tough, we can never tell if they've actually gone stale or not!

I have only ever tried one type of biscotti and it was chocolate, I did enjoy it and would have loved to eat more but due to neuralgia I can't eat it anymore as it is far too hard and it really hurts my face!

I do like chocolate biscotti but I think the best is plain or vanilla with almonds. I think that nuts in it really makes it "biscotti". I guess they can be kind of hard but I suppose that is why you are supposed to dip them in a coffee or tea. I don't like cookies that way though, so I do always eat them dry.

I really enjoy the look and the taste of biscotti. I have tried the ones that are served with milk, and I liked them. I don't really enjoy cookies on their own, but whenever I had to spend extra time at work or at school, I would be advised to carry them with me for extra energy. The large ones are my favorite.

you know when they are fresh as they taste fresh and the stale ones are a little less crispy. I love the ones with nougat in them and once you dip it into your coffee nothing else matters

That is terrible and what a pity as there are so many good things that are this texture and hardness

I like them dry when they are filled with something like nougat or chocolate but for me they are good with coffee as they are hard and not pleasant to chew without being a dunker

I find the ones with the seeds in them are healthy and they are a good snack if you are hungry and have them handy
