This is my favorite part of the meal. I love recipes with bruschetta. My favorite antipasti is bruschetta with melted cheese and sausage. This was so good but everyone ate it all up. What is the best antipasti you have had?

I love all Italian meals (except for seafood, for some reason I can't stand seafood :P ), but since I can't eat that much, I usually have what is called antipasti for dinner or, sometimes, breakfast (if I'm in the mood for something salty, like a bruschetta).

To be honest, I haven't been to many "official" Italian meals, so I can't say that I have a favorite type of antipasti. So far, I'm loving the idea of a tray filled with finger-food! All types of prosciutto are amazing, I have yet to find one that I don't like... Italian cheese is simply the best! Add some olives to the combination and perfection is served! :P

I'm actually not a huge fan of antipasti! I'm weird with "raw" foods, and I'm very weird about tomatoes! Tomatoes that are fresh, and haven't been made into a sauce or at the very least sauteed, I can't stand eating! Which is sort of hilarious, because I'm from NJ and tomatoes are a big thing here. (Then again, I also grew up by the ocean and I can't swim worth a lick, hah.)

I love antipasti, it's one of my favorite things. I like all kinds of cured meats, olives, roasted red peppers in oil, marinated eggplants in oil, basically anything that could possibly be on an antipasti platter!

I don't like anitpasto much as most of it is raw and asI like cooked items. The only thing I eat is a little bruschetta or marinated mushrooms and salad. That's why I would rather have some bread and oil to start with as I don't eat meat. Arancini (deep fried rice balls) are nice to eat too, but not every where serves them because they are time consuming to make.

I love antipasti, I love trying all the new things and little bits of things, it is a very sharing experience and brings people together but I will do my best to eat all of the prosciutto (seriously, it's mine)
