What is your Favorite Amaro?

I used to drink the usual famous named amaro's but have recently discovered this vecchio amaro del capo from Calabria.

Vecchio Amaro del Capo literally means "old amareto of the captain" in Italian.

It is much stronger in taste than the others and now you can find it in the big supermarkets.

Next time you buy a bottle of amaro. give this a try and let us know what you think?
 
Whoa. I've never thought about that on before. I am seeing some of those in the supermarkets lately. Thanks for the tip. I should try one my self.

It's really good info. A delightful bitter from the southern region of Calabria, Italy. Uninformative they do not sell this liqueur in the states only in Europe. Most likely in Italy.
