A Section With Recipes?

Sounds like a great idea VeeTee! :)

A new section called “Italian Recipes” has now been added under the “Italian Food and Drink” section.

Mnham, I think that is a great idea, great suggestion and good job accepting it, I am going to head there right now too see if I find inspiration to cook dinner tonight a new Italian dish would be something great for me to surprise the wife with. :)
 
Well, sadly I can't GIVE you any recipes, but I would like to see what recipes you guys and girls have to share. I'd like to start a bit of cooking myself, and Italian cuisine is one of my favorites. So, we are waiting for all of your good recipes. So, share away!
 
I'd say no problem if you don't have you own recipes gh0st, it's just a matter of looking online and seeing what you're capable to do. That's how I do at least and let me tell you that the Italian cuisine is totally fascinating, I love to eat Italian.

I've actually tried very few Italian dishes (which I cooked myself, I mean).

I'm having the worst time with pizza. I have tried to cook pizza at home, but I can never come close to the ones you buy, my crust always turns out too thick, compared to the real Italian pizza... maybe someone has some tips they can share in the recipe section? :P

I've also tried to make "torta salata", that one turned out pretty well. I have a few recipes of torta salata I could share, I'll just have to look for them and get back on this :P

Also, there's a big blog, called Giallozafferano, which is like a huge database of recipes and recipe blogs, many of the Italian dishes I try to cook I take from there :)
