Wow! This is the first time I hear about a 2 ingredients dough. Should be an interesting experiment!
Whenever I make pizza at home I use one of 2 recipes:
one - is simply mixing flour with water, salt and butter. No rise time, easy to make, not to mention extra quick!
two - I use the dough recipe for the bread machine
This one is actually my favorite dough recipe for pizza, it's just that it takes one and a half hours to be ready... But it's so totally worth it!
However, I will try your variant too because you made me curious! I have used yogurt in dough before, but it wasn't for pizza, it was for donuts
So, in theory, it should work!
