Vibo Valentia

Vibo Valentia is a beautiful province situated in the Calabria region. It was formerly part of the Province of Catanzaro, but became known as the Province of Vibo Valentia in 1996. There a many things visitors can do in Vibo Valentia, from enjoying the sandy Italian beaches to exploring the mountains in the Gulf of Sant' Eufemia. The province is mainly characterized by the hilly landscape, but what is specific to this area are the numerous olive orchards as well as lemon, oranges and other exotic fruit groves. Medieval castles, Italian churches and the Walls of Hipponion are also some main sights tourists can't wait to visit.
